Detailed view

What to notice

  • Orient vertebral bodies, discs, facet joints and neural foramina before interpreting radicular pathology.
  • Cervical nerve roots exit through neural foramina adjacent to discs and uncovertebral structures.
  • Anatomy supports localization but symptoms must still be interpreted clinically.

The visual should be interpreted with the accompanying clinical context. PNA avoids using a single image or special test as stand-alone proof of a diagnosis.
